J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capco (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2016
Entretien
The process consist in 4 phases:
-After submitting your application, you are required to do a video interview, which consist in 3 questions, one after the other, with only 1 minute to come up with an answer and 1 more to actually answer it. You might think that you screw it but everyone I have asked thought the same, so don't worry.
-The second stage was the Assessment centre, where you are required to do some numerical tests, a case study and some interviews (quite straightforward).
-Then, you are visiting the facilities one more time to do two interviews with HR and a Senior Consultant. I wasn't asked tough questions at this point, felt like they were only getting to know me.
-Finally, you get to interview with a partner. Some CV questions and nothing else. I felt like I was getting the job shortly after starting the interview.

The process was easy not too tough but as a fresher you should know the DSA basics.
Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
