If you value transparency it’s not a company for you. 1st they don’t disclose the compensation before your interviews. They just tell you it depends on the grade and it ranges between 30k and they ask you the question instead of replying to you! I had to waste 30 mins on the call just to discover what they offer is before market rate if you look at their starting salary of 25k. 2nd they didn’t want to send the JD before the call - just said that responsibilities are the ones mentioned in the advert. They had deleted/removed the advert so as a candidate I couldn’t even refresh my memory after 3 weeks of applying. 3rd didn’t meet their own deadline of getting back to candidates. It’s quite sad to see this from someone who has been recruiting for company for 10 years - no basic understanding of candidate experience or respect towards their time nor engagement during the call. I had to sit on a call for 30 mins to get an idea about the salary.
