HR interview then technical interview, pretty straightforward. HR just asks questions to see if you are compatible with the company's culture and the technical interview was just a talk where they were trying to figure out my past experiences and see if I was a match to the team

The 2nd round interviewer showed zero preparation and followed a rigid routine without discussing actual projects.
I observed unprofessional technical wording and skills, along with a clear lack of respect for the interviewee. Additionally, he/she kept dodging questions regarding the position.
Overall, a highly unusual and negative experience.
