The difficuly level is not much if one can study well then will be able to crack the interview
GSM/UMTS/LTE are the most desirable profiles for this company

Good... Everything was smooth
The interview process was smooth and the TA guys were good
The interview process might take one day
Improve the policy to make feeling of stable work enviornment, frequent firing will make good people to also leave the company. Identify the top level non-performing manager and fire them.
Instead of promoting as manager, have technical people who can contribute technically and also keep learning instead of just using xlsheets.
