2:speak with the leader of the team and present your experience,projects . Present yourself totally
3:speak with the manager to discuss about potential projects. Although I got an offer (which I accepted) the whole procedure never came to an end, Typically after a year Im in the recruiting process and thats why I give negative point. xD

Entretien
Zuerst stellte die Personalabteilung ihren eigenen Hintergrund vor und bat mich dann, mich vorzustellen. Danach stellte ich einige Fragen zum Arbeitsort, zum Eintrittszeitpunkt und zu den Gehaltsvorstellungen. Habe über die allgemeine Situation des Unternehmens gesprochen und mir die Fragen gestellt, die ich wissen wollte.
