I attended Aricent pool campus drive. Whole process consisted on 3 rounds spread over 2 days
1st day 1st round : Online assessment. It was Amcat based online test. By the end of the day results were announced.
2nd day 2nd round : technical interview : went on for 1 hour. but interviewer was a good person. OOPS data structures, OS (very important), networking, questions on virtual memory (very important), inheritance ( very important), Linked list (very important). I cleared 2nd round and was sent to HR interview.
2nd day 3rd round : HR interview: went on for 15 to 20 minutes, Make sure to read the company's vision mission. and general HR questions were asked, nothing unexpected was asked.
after 2 days results were announced and i got offer letter through mail in a week.

interviewer had written a program which consisted of public private and protected variable and asked to specify the scope.

3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

La primera fase consistía en una entrevista con Recursos Humanos para ver trabajos previos, expectativas laborales, etc. Una parte en inglés.
La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.

The interviewer carefully evaluated both syntax accuracy and logical thinking. Overall, it was a fundamental-level assessment designed to test core programming knowledge and problem-solving skills.
