it was ok, team is not organised well in advance to take the interview. for candidates.
For 2 years exp of candidate asking the metrics related, RCA etc etc. i would not suggest anyone. PAY is leass comparitive to other companies

2 interviews for Capita Property & Infrastructure. It was C# based questions. Relatively easy I would say however a lot had failed apparently. They were phone and face 2 face interviews

What is the difference between a value type and reference type
Basic mainframe questions, background and interest, Nothing new same as what is being asked everywhere else. Prepare basics well and answer more than expected. Interviewers didnt seem to have a lot of knowledge. there was a list of prepared questions
