A quick 30 minutes telephone interview, followed by a 1 1/2 hour face to face interview and a 30 mins technical test which was testing me on my SQL and VB.net / C# programming along with my problem solving skills.

Question 1
Most questions were the usual; tell me a time when .... etc...
The most challenging part was sitting down with a senior and running through a SQL test and a VB.Net test whilst he took some notes.
2 interviews for Capita Property & Infrastructure. It was C# based questions. Relatively easy I would say however a lot had failed apparently. They were phone and face 2 face interviews

What is the difference between a value type and reference type
Basic mainframe questions, background and interest, Nothing new same as what is being asked everywhere else. Prepare basics well and answer more than expected. Interviewers didnt seem to have a lot of knowledge. there was a list of prepared questions

Challenging and engaging interview questions, however, the process was smooth and professional. The interview process was quick and I was kept informed at each stage. The process was encouraging and positive.
