A call from +44 114 450 4176 was received out of the blue, and the child behind was crying. lack proper knowledge of Ireland's visa status. Extremely impolite and inconsiderate.

Got an interview very quickly.
Met with one of the managers and team leaders.
Did the interview and offered the position later on in the day.

Typical service desk questions not too difficult, but difficult enough for people who don't have much experience in this field. Interview person was very polite and co-operative, overall experience was good. They even asked me to ask them about any queries regarding the role or company which was very nice of them.
