I had a number of interviews with different people within their organisation. The whole process was never fully explained, it was every time you passed a stage, the next one was thrust upon you. Many of the questions were the same ones coming from the various stakeholders. There was not a lot of time for me to understand what the role entailed or what was expected, the interviews were them asking me question after question. There were long gaps of silence with no feedback unless I requested it and then it was a while afterwards I would receive a reply. Whilst the people interviewing me in general were pleasant people, the whole process was haphazard, not really thought through, and even six months after the initial application they where not in a position to offer me the job or reject my applicaion......I withdrew my application, and suprise, suprise, they never even responded to that
