I applied through the school recruiting site and after a week received a first-round interview with the regional HR. The process was a 30 mins video interview just going over some behavioral and resume questions. The HR was really nice and the process was smooth. The interview seemed like just a casual chat about experiences and interests. I do think though for full-time positions even though they don't ask technicals in the first round they want you to show some understanding of the industry.

Not technical. Looks for demonstrated interest in investing and strong behaviorals. 1st screening call, a first round interview, and a superday in the NY office, the recruiting team is very communicative. Overall a good experience with the team,
