The interview process is very lengthy- first they will screen you with a phone interview, then you may wait several weeks before they schedule an almost full day interview with multiple people, usually 1 hour per person. Then they might have an additional set of interviews.

I was offered the (contract) job and accepted the offer. I waited over 3 weeks for the SOW to be signed off. This was during the pre-holiday period, as the market grinds to a halt for the year. Why should I look further if I gave a well paying, long term contract lined up?
The reason I should have looked is simple. They rescinded their offer without explanation, leaving me probably facing a period out of work, as my current contract only runs until the end of the year. By now, the constant calls and emails regarding other positions have dried up, as year end hiring freezes come into force.
My advice: if you are ever offered a job by them, DON'T STOP LOOKING ELSEWHERE! They apparently have no regard for those they offer jobs to, so until you have your contract signed and your start date confirmed, do not resign your current employ and do not presume that anything is in the bag. Proceed as if you have nothing.
Good luck!
