First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Then a week later I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. They said it could take over a month to hear back. A month later I had a 4 hour in-person interview with the engineering team which consisted of four different groups of two people interviewing me back to back throughout the 4 hours. Most of the questions were repeat questions that each group asked me, but some of the groups did have a few different questions than the other groups. I rated the interview difficultly as difficult purely because I felt the 4 hours in-person interview was mentally exhausting.
