There were 3 phases, one with the HR, and one with manager, one with an interview panel. The first two calls were 30 minutes and the panel interview was extended to an hour.

After an initial 20-minute phone interview with HR, candidates may be invited to have a phone interview with the hiring manager where the job opening resides. Successful candidates are invited to undergo a series of interviews (via phone or in person pending COVID & office proximity). Candidates undergo 3-5 interviews that include the hiring manager, members of the team they will join or other managers the role may support.
