Phone interview then face to face interview at location. Questions weren't difficult. What are your strengths/weaknesses stuff like that. In total for me there were 3 interviews. 1st Phone, 2nd Head Supervisor, 3rd. Hiring Manager

Interview process was fair. They take you in a tour of the production floor during the interview. Things that most companies would do. If its a night shift, they have you interview during a night shift, kinda weird but it should have been a heads up for me.
