This was an initial phone interview set up and run by Cardinal Health recruiter, very brief with simple questions about my background and how I think I would help the company if I accept the role in procurement.
Screening with HR then panel interviews.
It was behavior questions and some hypothetical situations to test your ability.
Process took about 2 weeks via online interviews.
They want to know your history too.
Did not receive feedback or a decision. The job was just reposted

Entretien
3 interviews. 2 by phone and 1 in person. Very technical and down to the point. They don't waste time asking for your goals in 5 years, but focus on what you currently do, how you work and your problem solving skills. It was very technical in regards to my field. You don't have time between questions. They shoot right after you finish a sentence.
