The interview process for this position was straightforward. I submitted my resume through the careers website, and got a phone call from the HR person. A few days later I talked with the hiring manager who asked me to come in for an on-site interview. A couple days later they called with my offer.

Just never happened. I was contacted by a senior recruiter, we were supposed to schedule a time for a phone interview but...radio silence. Haven't heard from the recruiter since and never had the phone interview. If the position was already filled, why not have the decency of letting the candidate know? Seems unprofessional, especially when scheduling a phone screen with the recruiter is not a difficult thing to do.
