I applied in hopes of receiving the assistant manager position. After applying, I received a call a few days later for an interview. I went in to meet a very nice lady who seemed very interested in me and what I could offer that company. While in there interview process, I learned more about the company I was applying for. Upon leaving there job site, I realized that this job wasn't for me and that I would not be upset if I didn't receive a return call.

It is a one to one interview. Questions were not difficult. District Manager does the interview, a lot of questions revolving collection practices, marketing, and money handling. Prior jobs with any of these characteristics would be a plus. Also, questions asking about dependable transportation as it is a must because you will use your personal vehicle to market with.
