Recruiter - Phone Screen- Interview with Manager- Half-Day Campus Visit (you will need to take time off from your current job to do this) which gives you a glimpse into what your possible future job might entail- Phone or Virtual Interviews with Director of Sales and VP- Group Interview with Leadership Team. About a 3-month long process (for me anyways, might differ on a case-by-case basis).

Two Phone interviews (one screen and one "why do you want to work here?") and two in person interviews (one job shadow and one panel/resume interview with mock sales calls)

For my interview process, I first submitted my resume online. Then, I had a short introduction interview over the phone to schedule the first real phone interview. After the phone interview, I completed two hours of shadowing at Cengage in Florence, Kentucky. Finally, I had a group interview and mock interview.
