You apply on the website and then you are asked to complete an online interview through hirevue.

Briefly describe how your education and/ or work experience will help you be successful in this position
How would you describe exceptional customer service
What do you enjoy most about building customer relationships and why?
Describe a time when you listened to a customers need, formulated options and recommended a solution. What was the outcome?
How do you use technology personally to simplify your life, finances, and daily tasks?
Describe a time when you had to follow a process where sensitive information was involved. How did you ensure that information remained confidential?
In a retail environment, customer volume can change quickly. How would you adjust to help customers during peak service time?

Why do you want to be a part of their team?
Why do you want to become a teller?
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
