Entretien
They will question you on customer service, sales ability, adapting to changes, cash handling. They have some examples for you, they want your input carefully and body language off course. It is usually 2 people unless its a group interview with different managers and market manager.

Have you ever broken a policy in the benefit of the customer? What was the policy broken? Did you ever do it again for another customer? If management would have found out what disciplinary action would the company take in this case?

Entretien
The branch manager was super friendly and easy to talk to. The only downside was that the interview started almost 30 minutes late even though I was on time. I had scheduled it during my lunch break at work, so the delay made things feel a bit rushed.
It was good and very very interesting. Need more clarity on the process and expectations. Will not interview again. Good role not a good fit for me personally. Process was little confusing and communication
Had a phone interview. A couple days later was called and asked to interview in person at one of their locations by a branch director. Those were the only two interviews I had.
