I applied online and about 1 week later, i receive a call for phone interview. Then the recruiter advised me that i would be scheduled for a face to face interview. 2 days later they called me and set up the date. I went in for my face to face and interviewed with 3 managers. 1 week later i received a phone call with an offer.

Question 1
The interview questions were pretty easy;
-Why Chase?
-Describe a typical day at your current job. (and specific questions based on my answer)
-Strengths/weaknesses?
-What is your definition of professionalism?
-Why should I hire you?
The most difficult part of the interview was a written test; 30min to write a letter to your manager describing a risk analysis of the current market and your take on the potential impact on the Company and other parameters listed.
