Applied online and completed lengthy assessment. Was contacted by a Chase recruiter soon afterward. I was impressed by this since it was actually Christmas week. The branch manager contacted me for an interview about two weeks later. He was forty minutes late for the interview, did not have a copy of my resume, pulled out a Chase interview guide and read through questions as if he had read them for the first time. He explained that he was late due to a crucial meeting with his leadership team which he needed to attend to as he had been in training for three days. As I was seated within earshot of this meeting, this seemed substantially untrue. The recruiter had been so professional and genuinely interested in marked contrast to the branch manager. This was a new, very slow branch and I am sure they are unaware of this branch manager's demeanor.

Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks

Standard interview process. Met a few personnel & the manager, got a feel for how the branch interacted with one another. Professional, nothing out of the ordinary for a role of this type.
