Applied, had the phone interview, in person interview and job offer all within a week. Very professional and first rate company. The recruiter contacted me, conducted the phone interview, and then set me up for the in person interview. Two person interview. Very straightforward.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer, how did you deal with it, etc.
Behavioral questions asked and work history covered in detail. They wanted specific examples for each question and if bilingual some at English and some are Spanish . Interview is Zoom and lasted about 40 minutes

Standard interview with basic questions; knowing the company and line of business is important when going through the process. Familiar with the brand is a plus. Having a personal connection especially as a customer to identify opportunities will be a benefit in the long run.

The difficulty of the interview is normal. Not easy or too hard. There were three interviews total. One by phone, Another one in the call center with a manager, and the final interview with a hiring manager who has someone else along with taking notes of your responses and observing you.
