Interviewed once in person and twice over phone. Each interviewer asked the same questions. They failed to follow up after several months. When asked for a timeline for decision, each interviewer said as soon as possible. I received positive feedback during the interviews, but the lack of follow up or an acknowledge of a decision after the interview was disheartening. I desired to work here, but when a company fails to even notify a candidate of a decision after three interviews, I concluded that it is an organization who does not prioritize people.
