Simple, relaxed, fairly easy. You get a group presentation then this is followed by group interviews, finally followed up by 1 on 1's with whichever managers are available on the day.

The interview was very casual and relaxed. The interviewer was a current manager. There was also an eye test at the end. You are told straight after whether you are given the job or not.
