I've interviewed for Poland role I had two talks both with an HR. First call was nice and a good experience I've been asked about my experience but the lady wanted to talk about the company. After few days I got a second call with HR. Lady started going all over again... After a while she went through her new questionnaire - which she said she didn't even read before. Questions were tragic and totally disregard anything I've already explained. Example : how many years did you work in agile. I've worked a bit and then got a question if I ever worked with feedback on a living project. After that I already knew that this wasn't for me. But the Lady managed to hit the bar again after few days with her feedback - saying that I'm not experienced in banking enough (I've got approximately 10 years of experience in banking)

Entretien
Everything was fast, professional and with high level of expertise. I was asked questions only about my specialty. I passed technical interview, project management's interview and the interview with the program manager. I received the job offer in 4 days after the interview process. I'm very pleased with that.

Entretien
I'm interviewed by manager, because of personal connection. Then by HR - more like formal one. HR function are low performed, I waiting by answer for a 2 weeks. Decision making process was very long.
