Very simple and straightforward. After your CV is checked and passed, you’ll be given an interview. It’s on zoom and only lasts about 20 minutes. The questions are focused on the job. Tedious procedures are left out. Very good

A quick interview on the phone in which I was asked a few questions: whether I have a clean driving licence, my understanding of IT and Internet based services. It was less than 15 minutes in total.
I was received a job offer the next day.
