1. A phone screen and then,
2. An onsite technical interview which was followed up by a HR style interview where they were interested in understanding my thought process and motivations.

General Architecture based questions - good style overall as they were interested in more high level concepts as opposed to language specific features.
Recruiter call first, Hiring manager 1 hour call and then on-site interview 2 to 3 hours with 2 teams. Each team has one or two senior or team lead to interview the candidate.

Entretien
Nice interviewer but asked questions in an indirect way. Felt a little condescending. I was qualified on paper but very confused with some of the questions. Disappointed but didn't hear great things about the company in general, so may be a blessing in disguise.

I couldn’t understand the interviewer due to his accent. After the interview ended I realized what he was asking and emailed the correct answers. That didn’t work. My skills were not accurately assessed.
