CoStar really pulls out all the bells and whistles for the DC office interview. Beautiful building, free lunch, amenities, good pay for entry level job, etc. They really sell you on the fact that your not a telemarketer, when this is definitely a large part of the job.

None of the questions were that hard, although the process is long as you interview with someone of the same position, the manager position directly above you and the director position above the manager.

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
