Through a temp agency that said you'd be hired full time after 90 days. The agency was professional and efficient. They were honest about the job duties, but made the full time position seem like a guarantee if you did the job well.

Have you ever worked in a call center environment?
A 2 part interview. The first part was conducted with 2 managers review resume qualifications as they relate to the job duties. The second part was a practical review to see if you can handle phone conversation and gather information.
