J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Coach en nov. 2011
Entretien
I filled out an application and returned it to my local Coach store. The manager who took my application asked me a few questions about my past work experience and a few questions about my ehnicity (I'm East Asian). She wanted to know because they get a lot of Asian customers and needed someone who could speak an East Asian language on board. I told her I speak two East Asian languages fluently. She asked me to schedule for an interview on the spot. I went to my interview with the store manager the following week, which turned out to be a group interview with 2 other girls. I think the interview lasted around an hour. It was the longest interview ever! The store manager was super nice, but she asked A LOT of questions. You name it, she asked it. The store manager called me two days later and offered me the job.
I accepted the offer, but I ended up quitting after a month and a half because the hours suck and you have to be on call. They ask people to go home when it's slow, too.

J'ai passé un entretien chez Coach (Manchester, Angleterre)
Entretien
It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

Question 1
How would you influence a customer to make a purchase
Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.
