Entretien
It was very easy. I applied in store. They called me a day later for an interview. There were two interview process. They just asked about sale questions. Like how to handle the angry customers.

- Phone Interview, with the store manger, or dm
- Second is an in-person interview, which asks typical interview questions and some behaviour questions
- Then background check, fairly straightforward

Entretien
Very easy, asked typical interview questions. This was a one on one interview. They also tested "my sales skills" on the floor with the hiring manager acting as a customer and me trying to sell her some products.

Phone asking general questions then offered a interview. Next, met with the Store Manager who was training another Store Manager which made two interviews then 2nd interview was with the regional manager, was a 3 week process.

Describe a time you had a challenge at work with a difficult customer?
How would you rate yourself within staff with your current job as far as sales?
What do dislike most about your current job?
