I was called by a recruiter for opening in a project in Poland, they took my interview asked me to share documents saying they are going to apply for work permit and once it comes within one month I have to join. This happened in April 2018, the organisation where I was working had 3months notice period so the recruiter forced me to put down my papers saying your process has initiated you can put down your resignation, the same was told by her manager as well when I spoke to him. They told I'll get my work permit by May , but it didn't came so I asked them when it is going to come they told end of June it'll come. I started getting suspicious so I started searching for job in Bangalore as well and I joined other organisation in July, still work permit didn't came, on top of that they asked me to join one of their client in Bangalore saying it'll be easy to leave once your work permit comes but I didn't join. So like this October came I was in contact with recruiter and her manager whole time and was continuously asking them for the status of work permit, but it didn't came and there standard response was their policy has change it might take some time. Now it's almost 1 year I haven't received any work permit, it seems they were just making fool of people. So don't trust these guys better look for other opportunities outside in Bangalore or in your city.
