This interview review is for Collabera as a recruiting firm. I recently accepted a position with a client with the help of Collabera. There was one thing in particular the company did that was not favorable even though I had requested it to not be done. A person called my current place of employment to verify my employment there, which ticked off my CEO and gave him a hint that I was job searching. This was extremely unprofessional and created unnecessary tension for some time. I would say this is something the company needs to reconsider and look into with a more sensitive manner.
The recruiters were pushy and there were at least 4 working on my candidacy at a time. I think this caused a little bit of confusion throughout the interview process. Sometimes things fall through the cracks, like asking for certain documents late.
The recruiters were very polite though and try to get back to you in a timely manner. When on the phone, they allow you to speak up about your concerns and feelings about the job. My first recruiter was very nice. He phone screened me for this new position I just accepted and connected me to the company for follow up interviews.

Question 1
The phone screen questions were easy and they were just questions about your skills and this you are seeking in a new position.

Phone screen followed by 3 in person rounds. Each time same questions and same order of questions. They are very interested in why would someone not stretch. Very little on past experience, mostly on future and how determined are you.
