An introduction to the company and their structure, focusing on the products they sell, the how it is a commissioned based business yet still a larger cooperate entity, and the benefits available there. There was a one on one with the presenters to ask specific questions and for them to ask you questions. They then offer an opportunity to shadow an agent for a day.

Entretien
1st interview was in person. Very relaxed, mutual investigation was permitted. Hiring person's prompt and thorough responses are moving the process along efficiently which respects my need to compare other offers.
Step by step process and very professional. Professional appearance by staff and relevant questions were asked. Highly recommend interview process they use. I enjoyed the demonstration day with an experience manager.
