Interview process was easy. There is 5 stages to clear.
1. HR round
2. Basic english test in which you have to write 300 words paragraph in 20 minutes.
3. Most important - writing and speed test on computer.
4. Speed test with minimum time
5. Most important - Interview with manager.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.

They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
