eh interview process was very quick and very technical. There were 4 rounds of test for this, two telephonic and two face to face rounds.All the rounds were well cordinated and take care of well..the results also were given very fast and this was very helpful.
It was done in very professional way and in timely fashion. The company Minacs originated from Canada. It bought Phoenix in Michigan. Minacs is woman owned company. It is ISO 9000 certified company.

Entretien
It had 3 rounds. Hr round, Versant and technical with basic troubleshooting questions. Easy to clear and the process was fast. No night shift allowance and travel allowance. The okay scale wasn’t great.
