J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Concentrix (Cagayan de Oro) en mai 2008

I could say that the hiring process itself was kinda strict or rigid, professional, shall I say Standard. All I did was just took the exam, gone through initial interviews, final interviews, soft skills training, rigid BPT training, simulation/hands on or live exams. Basically, I did not pass technically but was recommended to be part of the Customer Service Team as what the trainers observed of me.
That was a lucky day for me! ^_^
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
During Simulation/Live exam like I was assuming to be the agent and the "customer", our trainer had problem accessing the email. And I was like, I don't know what to say nor what port to open the email. That was the most difficult thing that happened to me.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.

They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
