Interview procedure is normal just like other Bpo Industries..just 3 rounds if you are joining for voice process.1st round voice and accent, 2nd round with manager basic questions about previous experience and your goal. 3rd round with HR about your salary.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
