Interview process was good but it is very long. Includes screning and then interview. But the interview itself was not difficult at all. I had one phone interview and then speed test.

I've had two interviews with Concentrix both of which were pretty easy-going and the people who interviewed did not seem judgemental at all. Both were about getting to know me, but the first one took longer than the second one. In the first one they asked many questions about my past work and education then they proceeded on to a multi-lingual interview to evaluate my English knowledge. The second interview took 5 minutes more or less and it was about whether I knew about what I am going to do in this job.
