It was very smooth, i was asked about very basic things like interpersonal skills, soft skills in dealing with vulnerable customers and eventually i got accepted as initial acceptance and I'll start to work as agent by the end of the month as maximum and by the 15th of the month as minimum.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
