Interview is very essay just focuses on question. listen carefully what they are saying and answer accordingly. You confidence, communication skills will be noticed. Interviewer will also see you public speaking skills.
If you got rejected they waiting period which i got to know was only 7 days

Entretien
The interview went well. It was a standard process for a voice role, starting with the initial HR screen which focused on my communication fluency and schedule flexibility. I then had the Operations/Manager round, where we discussed situational scenarios related to customer handling and problem-solving. Overall, it was very professional, and I feel confident about my communication skills and my ability to handle the role's responsibilities.

The interview process consisted of one behavioral interview and one English exam. The English exam was quite straightforward but requires a silent space to avoid harmful grade reductions. Likewise, the behavioral interview consists of at most 7 questions related to collections and customer experience.
