J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Condé Nast (New York, NY) en mai 2019
Entretien
Because the position reported to three different editors, I first interviewed with each by phone, and then in person. This was followed by a fairly long edit test that asked about story heds I would edit, writers I'd like to see writing for the magazine, and stories in the media I've found to be important recently.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Condé Nast (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
Don’t think they know what they want. The interviewer sounded clueless and didn’t really know what to say to my answers. Very dull. Also bad reviews from friends who work their, lots of layoffs and not much career progression

Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Condé Nast (New York, NY)
Entretien
I met one-on-one with someone from HR; then applied for a couple jobs at the company; then was asked back for round one with this specific brand, meeting two people; then was asked back to the brand again for two rounds of interviews, one with a panel of editors and one with the EIC. Overall, three trips into the office for meetings.
