The Interview was a great process overall but I got conflicting feedback. Two interviews the manager tells me how qualified I am and how he definitely can see me doing the role to the recruiter telling me the manager says I need more sales experience. The role requires 1-3 years of sales experience and I have 6. So it was very conflicting for me to make it to the final round and get the cliche you need more experience card.
