HR (or recruiter) called and asked me a couple of questions, and then asked how much I made at my last job. After I told her, she then said "Well, are there any questions you would like to ask...?" I guess she didn't have any other questions for me after I told her my last salary (it must have been much more than they were paying and I would have taken a less paying job). After I asked her a few questions that she could not answer, she then said, "We'll keep in touch". Yeah, right. I wish companies would put a salary range in what they are paying and let the appying individual determine if the pay is enough for them.

Entretien
Very formal and lengthy. A four hour panel interview with three immediate superiors and HR. Drug testing was also required. The interviews were not overly stressful though and the decision was communicated in a timely manner.
