Entretien
I worked with a recruiter, had a phone interview with the hiring manager, had a lunch interview with the hiring manager, went in for interviews with about 5 people, and a few weeks later met with the hiring manager and another employee for dinner.
The interviews were fairly informal, with behavioral type questions.
The whole process was quite drawn out. It seemed that maybe they couldn't get the budget approved, and also they didn't seem to quite know what they were looking for.
I thought that I'd get hired, but didn't.

2 month Interview process with structured behavioral questions. The entire process was long & intense but not tough. It included multiple rounds of interviews with various people. Overall, the interviewers were nice.

Entretien
The process went very smoothly as expected from a mature company with well defined roles and processes. Three managers conducted the interviews and asked the usual background questions, only one person had a brain teaser type question.
