Disorganized mess. Received an email from recruiter B.G. that I was selected to move forward in the process. I was asked to complete a Microsoft Form that asked me for my availability for a phone call. I shared several dates and times when I would be available but never received a call or any type of follow up. When I contacted the recruiter who emailed me they never replied. Feels like they move people in bulk to the “next interview” to meet quotas, and it’s crickets from there. I’d expect better from a company focused on improving mental health outcomes.
