Disorganized mess.
Received an email from recruiter B.G. that I was selected to move forward in the process. I was asked to complete a Microsoft Form that asked me for my availability for a phone call. I shared several dates and times when I would be available but never received a call or any type of follow up. When I contacted the recruiter who emailed me they never replied.
Feels like they move people in bulk to the “next interview” to meet quotas, and it’s crickets from there. I’d expect better from a company focused on improving mental health outcomes.
Pretty straightforward. Asked about my expertise and majorly questions were scenario based. Went into my experience and asked questions based on that. It helped my tech stack was pretty similar to what they were using.

Applied online and received a phone screen. It seemed to go well enough to be told I'd be contacted for next steps. Since then, I have emailed 3 different times with no response and it has been over 2 weeks from original screening. Candidate experience is impacted with lack of response.
