After meeting at the career fair, and interview invitation was extended. They had several recruiters on campus available to meet with candidates for 30-45 minute periods. The questions were more geared towards how we could help each other and find my best fit. They got back to us within 3-5 business days.

I applied online and then got an email saying that a recruiter will be getting in touch with me. The call involve normal questions like availability/ ability to work but also some basic interview questions like what clubs I was involved with during college, academic experience, etc... Following the conversation, I received another email asking for an interview with a member of the team.
